If yes, join this Page-to-Practice session to apply the TDRp (Talent Development Reporting principles) and ISO (TS 30437 Metrics for L&D) frameworks to select the most appropriate metrics for one or more of your programs. Dave will use the ISO/TDRp framework to provide guidance as you work through the ten recommended metrics to determine which are right for you. Learn why each metric is important and how it should be used. You will leave with a worksheet to use for measuring your own programs.
