More and more organizations are realizing the value of skills data to making better people-decisions across their business, but many struggle with how to embark on this journey. This session prepares leaders in the L&D, HR, and Talent functions of the business to lead the change management process of becoming a skills-based organization. In this session, participants will learn who the key stakeholders are in the journey to becoming skills-based, and the unique needs each stakeholder group has in this change management process. Participants will learn how to communicate and sometimes market to each of these stakeholder groups (executive leaders, people manager, L&D, Talent, HR, IT, and employees), anticipating the types of questions and concerns each group will have when embarking on a skills journey and preparing how to address those questions in advance.
