AI is already changing how people prepare reports, analyse data, and solve problems. But its greater potential, and its greater challenge, lies in how teams work and make decisions together, and how organizations restructure to get work done. Through a practical leadership-team case vignette, Herminia Ibarra will explore how AI affects the dynamics of collaboration: whose expertise is heard, how assumptions are challenged, and how teams face difficult trade-offs.
