Sarah is a digital transformation and innovation executive focused on enabling people, adoption, and outcomes. She brings two decades of experience leading enterprise digital modernization at the intersection of strategy, organizational change, workforce readiness, and communications—advising senior executives and leading initiatives that equip leaders and the workforce to adopt new technology, embrace innovation, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Currently, she serves as a senior advisor in NASA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer, counseling the CIO and leadership team on workforce readiness, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change to support major digital transformations, including AI, zero trust, and enterprise data. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer for HUD’s Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer, overseeing enterprise operations, strategy, and modernization efforts recognized with the HUD Secretary’s Award for Mission Support Excellence.
