Steph Ketron is vice president of learning & development at Westgate Resorts, the largest privately owned timeshare and hospitality company in the US, where she leads a unified L&D function spanning resort operation, contact center training, instructional design, and performance management for 8,000+ team members.

Her approach is unapologetically data-driven. Rather than training for training's sake, Steph focuses on fixing broken systems and proves it works. Her Certified Field Trainer (CFT) program generated $320K in avoided turnover costs year-to-date. Her redesigned LIFE (Leadership Immersion for Excellence) program reduced cost per participant, shortened time-to-readiness from six to three months, and expanded enrollment from three to 40 departments. These results earned Westgate L&D a spot in OnCon's Top 100 Learning Teams.

Beyond Westgate, she drives industry conversations on practical L&D strategy through speaking engagements at ARDA, Millenium Alliance, CLO, and Schoox to name a few. She serves as VP of operations for ATD Central Florida, sits on the DisruptHR board, and is a board member of Camaraderie Foundation. Her philosophy: Stop training the wrong problem.
