Paul Smith has spent more than 30 years coordinating the deployment of learning resources to support the individual growth, development, and improvement in work performance of frontline employees, in support of organizational initiatives. He currently serves as head of co-worker development for Baker Construction, the largest concrete construction company in the United States. Paul is a recognized leader in structured on-the-job training (SOJT) and authored the book Learning While Working: Structuring Your On-the-Job Training.
