You can’t change how fast things are moving. But you can create stability in the chaos by weaving emotional intelligence into development programs.
Using a practical EQ training model, we will walk through scenarios such as upskilling, change implementation, and AI adoption at the levels of self, team and organization. You will leave with concrete practices, program design ideas at different budget levels and simple metrics to show impact on resilience, engagement and business outcomes.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Apply a simple EQ training model that accelerates adoption of other skills and behaviors.
- Identify ways to embed EQ into initiatives such as reskilling, leadership development and AI adoption, both in low-cost and scalable ways.
- Select a focused set of simple metrics, including BEATS, to track the impact of EQ focused interventions on engagement, change readiness and business outcomes.
