Moe is the trainer's trainer. He has honed his craft as an expert designer and facilitator for over 25 years. Global training teams at Allstate Insurance, Frito-Lay, Home Depot, McCain Foods, Scotiabank, and Walmart are partners with Moe and the Shift team. Moe holds the distinction of Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) with the Institute for Performance and Learning (14PL), is an 14PL Award of Excellence recipient (2006), and author (ATD Press, TD Magazine). He currently chairs the Program Advisory Committee for, and will be a speaker at, ATD ICE 2026.
