Carolina earned her degree in architecture from Texas A&M University in 2009, where she developed a strong foundation in design thinking and creative problem-solving. Her passion for how design psychology influences learning led her to transition into the field of learning design.Since joining Third Term Learning in 2013 with the launch of its Houston office, Carolina has played a key role in shaping effective e-learning experiences for global clients. As a senior account manager, she leads cross-functional teams and manages client relationships to deliver innovative, learner-centered solutions.
