Dr. Jim Guilkey is a renowned expert in instructional design and training strategy. Under his direction, S4 NetQuest has transformed critical training programs for numerous industry-leading organizations into highly inventive and effective learning solutions. Jim is a frequent speaker at national conferences and corporate training meetings and the author of M-Pact Learning: The New Competitive Advantage.

Before co-founding S4 NetQuest, Jim served as the assistant director of flight education at The Ohio State University. He received a BS in aviation and an MA and PhD in instructional design and technology from The Ohio State University.
