Jennifer Stangl brings more than 15 years of experience in talent development to her work with employees, teams, and leaders. She currently serves as the director of learning and development at Exact Sciences where she oversees leadership and talent planning programs and strategy. She holds a master’s degree in human resources and organizational development from the University of Louisville and multiple certifications in facilitation, coaching, and organizational assessment. Jennifer is a former National Advisor to Chapters with ATD and is a past president of the ATD Madison Chapter.
