With more than 20 years of experience leading learning teams across industries, Adam is committed to building business partnerships that empower employee success. He serves the talent development community through ATD as Chair of the National Advisors for Chapters, a director on the ATD Board, and a member of the CTDO group. Adam holds degrees from Shippensburg University and Penn State and earned his CPTD credential in 2024.
