Caroline Borthwick currently holds the post of CEO at AFAQ for Leadership Development, a privatised service group with a focus on Leadership Development, technical and vocational qualification development and HR Consultancy based in Abu Dhabi.

She holds an M.Ed from the University of Newcastle and has over 25 years of experience in higher and vocational education both in the public and private sector in the UAE and across the wider region.

For the last decade since joining AFAQ she, alongside a highly talented team, supports a range of diverse talent driven programmes and initiatives and projects for the Ministry of Interior and other government organisations in the UAE.
