Amit Mohindra is the CEO of People Analytics Success, a leading global analytics and AI advisory, coaching, and education firm founded in 2008. Amit has built and scaled analytics teams at Apple, McKesson, Wayfair, and Takeda. He began his professional career as a labor economist at The World Bank. Subsequently, he worked in business consulting and corporate executive roles for organizations such as Goldman Sachs, IBM, and Willis Towers Watson. Amit is an HR advisor and a limited partner at the VC firm SemperVirens and serves on start-up advisory boards. He was a research director at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) and is an advisory expert at the International Institute for Analytics. Amit is a Distinguished Principal Research Fellow at The Conference Board and the Ambassador for the Transform Boston Chapter.

Amit serves on the Board of the Society for People Analytics as the Education Chair. He holds a doctorate in education with a focus on organizational change and leadership from the University of Southern California, a master’s degree in economics concentrating on labor and development from Brown University, and a BS in electrical engineering and an AB in economics and business from Lafayette College. He has taught in executive education programs at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, as well as at UC Berkeley Extension and Stanford Continuing Studies.
