Under Merrick’s leadership as CEO of Take Flight Learning, his company has been selected as the New Jersey Business of the Year by NJBIZ magazine and has repeatedly been named one of the Fastest Growing Companies and Best Places to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal. He is also an award-winning filmmaker, as his personality styles movie BirdBrains, Inc. has won 23 film festival awards, including four awards for Best Short Film of the Year.
