Kirsten is the cofounder and chief strategy officer of Cloverleaf, the world’s first and only AI coach backed by personality science, empowering tens of thousands of teams in the biggest brands across the globe. She often speaks on the power of diversity of thought and innovation cultures, from her TEDx talk, to her Substack “Relational Curiosity” and her best-selling book Thrive: A Collaboration Manifesto. While building Cloverleaf, Kirsten has also been building her family in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she lives with her husband and two young kids.
