Maggie Lowenberg is a Solutions Consultant at The Regis Company and a 2024 Aspen Institute Education and Career Mobility Fellow with more than 15 years of experience in learning, talent development, and workforce mobility. She partners with Fortune 1000 organizations to deploy SimGate 2.0, the AI-powered skills practice and validation platform that helps enterprises move beyond check-the-box training toward measurable behavior change. Her work focuses on translating big organizational goals, like leadership readiness, frontline upskilling, and skills-based workforce strategies, into immersive, AI-driven practice experiences that learners actually use and leaders can defend with data.
Before joining The Regis Company, Maggie led member engagement and learning operations at Guild Education, where she helped launch large-scale upskilling programs for employers including JPMorgan Chase, Macy’s, and Tyson. She began her career as a Teach For America corps member and brings a practitioner’s view to enterprise L&D: programs only matter if people grow. Maggie holds a Master’s in Education and Human Development from the University of Colorado Denver, a Bachelor’s in International Affairs from CU Boulder, and professional certificates in data analytics, leadership, and intrapreneurship from Cornell University.
