Jocelyn Hays is the director of product development and HTP center operations at Hogan Assessments, where she builds interactive personality assessment solutions and the platforms that support them. With more than 15 years of experience designing and implementing talent assessment tools, she has worked across the employee lifecycle—from selection and onboarding to leadership development and succession planning.

As a certified Scrum Product Owner, Jocelyn leads an agile software development team to design and deliver Hogan’s next-generation assessment systems and interactive tools that enhance leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and organizational performance. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Purdue University and is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
