Kelly found her way into talent development by coincidence in 2006 and fell in love with the field. Since then, she’s obtained a masters in learning and organization development, and experienced many avenues within the field across a variety of industries, including financial services, senior living, hospitality, and manufacturing. She has also spent time as a consultant, designing and delivering custom training. Currently, Kelly is the senior organizational learning leader for Johnsonville Sausage, where she leads development strategy for their members (employees) and coaches (leaders). She has been in this role for 1.5 years.
