Felix Sablan is the Chief Client and Commercial Officer at SIY Global, where he oversees the organization’s global commercial strategy and client development efforts. He is responsible for driving sustainable growth, deepening strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s global impact at the intersection of perception, EQ, and leadership performance.

Felix’s career spans six major industries and multiple senior leadership roles. Previously, he has served as EVP of Client Solutions at TalentSmartEQ, as well as Senior Leader at the Center for Creative Leadership. In both roles, he supported Fortune 500 organizations worldwide to solve complex business challenges. His background also includes executive roles in higher education, including Vice President of National Development for Global Health Education and Assistant National Director of Strategic Alliances at Excelsior College. Earlier in his career, Felix held leadership positions in retail and automotive, where he managed multi-unit operations and led a $10.5M flagship automotive dealership.
