Sarah Collins has proudly served VCU for 28 years, with more than half of her career dedicated to learning and development. Throughout that time, she has supported employees through significant organizational growth and change while helping develop the skills and leaders needed for future success.
Sarah has helped lead employees through a major core processing conversion, numerous product and technology implementations, and most recently, the adoption of AI tools across the organization. She has witnessed Veridian grow from approximately 150 employees and $385 million in assets to nearly 1,100 employees and $8.9 billion in assets today. She is especially proud that Veridian is ranked #1 in Return of Member by Callahan & Associates, reflecting the credit union's commitment to putting members first and delivering exceptional value.
