Description

Accountability is not something we impose on others. It begins with an individual’s ability to move beyond blame, excuses, and feelings of powerlessness. This session explores the psychology of self-accountability and three practices that help people take ownership, focus on what they can influence, and create the momentum needed to turn intentions into results.

During this event you will learn to:

  • Recognize how blame, excuses, and perceived powerlessness undermine ownership and performance.
  • Use curiosity and optimism to shift from a reactive mindset to a proactive focus on what can be controlled or influenced.
  • Create momentum through intentional choices, consistent action, and follow-through focused on results rather than effort.
